Easy Returns

   All online purchases made through www.fuegocurves.com may be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Items must be sent back within 30 days from listed delivery date.  You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution center. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed and credited. Fuego Curves is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of any stains of makeup, deodorant, etc. 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. 
  • Fuego Curves is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

   Most of our products are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges on worn products.

   DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please email at info@fuegocurves.com immediately upon receipt with your name, and an image of the damaged  item(s) which you received. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

1. Write your full name, email, return item, and return reason on a sheet of paper.
2. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and the information above.
Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use any shipping provider you prefer. (We suggest USPS.)

SHIPPING

We ship all upon clearing of payment, within within 1-2 business days.

  All prices are in US dollars.

  All orders placed in the United Sates are free and will be mailed with a tracking number. The moment your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. You can track your order here. 

  All orders placed outside of the United States pay reduced shipping costs and they will be calculated at checkout. Our official policy is we do ship everything within 1 to 2 business days however it’s not a contractual guarantee.

  Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.

  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to   country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

  We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps.

  Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested prior to purchase.

  We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Fuego Curves does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly   to resolve delivery time issues.

  If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages   where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postal   service. Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account.

  If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically refund the customer the order total – shipping charges.
