Return Shipping Label
We know returns and exchanges can be complicated so we’ve simplified the process by allowing you to purchase your return shipping label(s) through our site to avoid packaging costs and a trip to the post office.
If you would like to exchange or return your purchase simply purchase this item and we will email you a shipping label to put on your package and send back to us.
Here are our suggested 5 easy steps to complete your return:
- Use the same package we mailed your order in and tape it back up really well.
- After purchasing your shipping label, you’ll receive it via email, please print it out as quickly as possible, as it is time sensitive.
- Place your printed shipping label in the window you received your package with.
- Be sure to include a sheet of paper with in the package with your name, and reason for return.
- Schedule a next day USPS pickup to avoid the trip to the post office.
Once USPS comes by your desired pickup location, they will scan the package into the system and it will be delivered back to our fulfillment center.
We will process your refund or exchange upon receiving your returned order.
